A note about our only critical review so far
Of course, critical reviews are less fun than positive ones! However, we recognise their importance. They may give us the opportunity to resolve issues and improve our services.
To date, we’ve received a single critical review. Unfortunately, it’s one that we couldn’t have avoided.
We were approached for purchase order funding by an intermediary involved in supplying a mine. During the vetting process, we discovered that the mine was insisting on the use of a preferred supplier. The supplier in question had a poor reputation, was uncooperative and denied us access to view or deliver stock.
Although the applicant was clearly disappointed, we simply couldn’t approve the funding application.
